Our Luxury Surf 'N Turf collection includes:
- Two Large NY Strip Steaks - 1.1 lb average
- Four Jumbo 6-7 oz Lobster Tails from Luke's Lobster
- One 8 oz Ploughgate Creamery Butter
Serves 2-4
Collection Details:
- Each lobster tail comes four to a package, flash frozen, and ready split
- Each NY Strip Steak is individually packed frozen and vacuum sealed
- Serve grilled or broiled. We grilled the lobster tails flesh side down on medium about 5-6 minutes, using our favorite melted herb butter recipe and then flipped and brushed again with butter and grilled until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes more
- Due to the nature of raising pasture-raised cows, exact sizes will vary
