Ingredients
- 2 lbs Vermont Wagyu Flank Steak
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 1/2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 3 Tri colored peppers, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black peppercorn
- Flour or corn tortillas, warmed
Instructions
Pan sear the Wagyu on medium high heat with oil until brown.
Pour the coconut rum over beef and increase heat.
Add onions and peppers.
Season with salt and cracked black pepper.
Serve in warm flour and corn tortillas
