Love our 100% Fullblood Wagyu and want an easy way to enjoy seasonal favorites year-round? Our Vermont Wagyu Subscription Box delivers a curated, quarterly mix of seasonal cuts (plus a few fun surprises) straight to your door.

Each quarter, you’ll receive a rotating selection of our 100% Full-Blood Wagyu, chosen to highlight the best of the season. Boxes also feature a bonus item from one of our favorite culinary producers, like local cheeses and small-batch spices, to enhance your cooking experience.

Every subscription box includes a built-in discount below retail, giving you or your gift recipient unbeatable value with every shipment.

Subscription Groups & Shipping Schedule

Due to high demand, our Subscription Box is now offered in two groups. Your ship dates depend on when you enrolled:

Group 1 (Enrollments prior to November 30, 2025)

Your quarterly boxes ship in: January 20, April 21, July 21, October 20

Group 2 (Enrollments on or after December 1, 2025)

Your quarterly boxes ship in: February 17, May 19, August 18, November 17

You will remain in your assigned group for the duration of your subscription. Both groups receive the same rotating high-quality selections, just on alternate monthly cycles.

All Subscription Boxes are shipped on the third Tuesday of your group’s shipping month. To receive the upcoming box, your subscription must be active at least one week prior to the ship date. Anyone who enrolls after the cutoff will automatically begin their subscription the following quarter.

What’s Included

100% Fullblood Wagyu Beef:
3–4 premium cuts (steaks, roasts, etc.), plus burger and/or sausage.

Guest Product:
A surprise special item from one of our favorite small-scale producers. Think spices, rubs, sauces, or other complementary treats, chosen to pair perfectly with your premium Authentic Wagyu.

FAQs

1. When do I pay?
   Subscriptions are charged quarterly, prior to delivery. No need to pay upfront for the full year.

2. Can I cancel my subscription?
   Yes. You may cancel at any time before your next quarterly payment processes.

3. Can I start at any point in the year?
   Absolutely. New customers are automatically placed into Group 2 and will receive four boxes over the next four quarters, beginning with the next Group 2 shipment month.
