- 1 Large Ribeye: 1.21 to 1.40 lbs, serves 2-3. Coming from the forequarter, rib primal, this steak is extremely well marbled and full of flavor in the wagyu. Excellent either grilled or broiled.
- 2 Small Denver Chuck Steaks: 0.30 to 0.49 lb, serves 1. These small Denvers are from the forequarter, and have intense marbling and flavor and pair well with the Ribeye either grilled or broiled.
- 3 Packages of Wagyu Burger: 1 lb each, serve 2-3 each. Grilled, or cooked for meat balls, tacos, or as a beef sauce
