(Serves 4-6)

Flat Iron Tacos

Featured Cut: Flat Iron

Ingredients: 

Salt & Pepper to taste

To Make:
  1. Pre-heat your grill to medium-high. 
  2. Season your Vermont Wagyu Flat Iron Steak with salt and pepper. 
  3. Place steak directly on grill grates and cook for 4 minutes before flipping. 
  4. Cook for an additional 4 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads your desired temperature. 
  5. Remove from heat and let rest on a cutting board for 8-12 minutes. 
  6. Slice into strips and get ready to serve.

We recommend setting up a build-your-own taco board with all of your favorite fixings so each person can create a custom taco. Some of our favorite fixings include freshly-warmed soft corn tortillas, diced onions, cilantro, and of course, an array of hot sauce.
