Flat Iron Tacos

(Serves 4-6)

Ingredients:
Salt & Pepper to taste
To Make:- Pre-heat your grill to medium-high.
- Season your Vermont Wagyu Flat Iron Steak with salt and pepper.
- Place steak directly on grill grates and cook for 4 minutes before flipping.
- Cook for an additional 4 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads your desired temperature.
- Remove from heat and let rest on a cutting board for 8-12 minutes.
- Slice into strips and get ready to serve.
