Hot Honey + Soy Sauce Beef Stir Fry

(Serves 2)
Featured Cut: Baseball Sirloin
Ingredients:
Sauce
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. Hot Honey (we recommend Red Clay Hot Honey)
1½ Tbsp. oyster sauce
3 Tbsp. beef stock
1 Tbsp. hot sauce (we recommend Red Clay Hot Sauce)
Pinch of ground pepper
Stir Fry
1 ½ Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small red onion
2 cups green cabbage, coarsely shredded
½ cup carrots, coarsely shredded
1 Vermont Wagyu Baseball Sirloin, sliced thinly
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the sauce.
- Add vegetable oil to a large wok and heat over high heat, allowing oil to begin smoking slightly.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and saute for 1 minute.
- Add cabbage and carrots and saute for another minute, tossing continuously.
- Remove the vegetables from the wok and set aside, then add slices of Baseball Sirloin, tossing continuously for 3-5 minutes, until your desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to medium high, add the sauce to the skillet, and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add the vegetables back to the wok and toss for about 1 minute. until warmed through and coated in the sauce.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
