About Spring-Rock Farm
Our story begins in 2008 with 20 Wagyu embryos, after spending time reconstructing the historic farm in the hills of Vermont overlooking the Connecticut River, New Hampshire and beyond. Spring-Rock Farm is a very special place - we think of it as a member of our family, a unique part of what allows us to bring you the best beef in the world.
