Serves 2-3

Collection Details:

• Lobster tails come two to a package, flash frozen
• The Tomahawk Ribeye, NY Strip OR the Ribeye are individually packed frozen and vacuum sealed
• Serve grilled or broiled.  We grilled the lobster tails flesh side down on medium about 5-6 minutes, using our favorite melted herb butter recipe and then flipped and brushed again with butter and grilled until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes more
• Due to the nature of raising pasture-raised cows, exact sizes will vary
