- 1 Large Ribeye Steak, 1.21 to 1.40 lbs, serves 2-3, extremely well marbled and full of flavor
- 1 Large New York Strip Steak, 1.0-1.5 lbs, 1.5" to 1.75" thick, serves 1-3, highly marbled and flavorful
- 2 Medium Tenderloin Steaks, each 0.55-0.69 lb, serves 1-2, extraordinarily tender, tenderloin steaks. Note, the photo shows three, but we have reduced the number of Tenderloins to two so there will be enough for all!
- 3 packages (1 lb each) of 100% Wagyu ground beef. Perfect for burgers, pasta sauce, meatballs, and more!
