Udder Gold Maple Syrup
Maple Syrup from the beautiful maple tree sugarbush on the hillside right here at Vermont Wagyu! Come visit and we'll show you around.
The sap gathered at Spring-Rock Farm is boiled down to Maple Syrup and then aged for 6 months in former Rye Whiskey Barrels, or in former Bourbon Barrels. Once aged, the syrup is removed and bottled into our "Udder Gold" Flasks.
Interesting Fact: The barrels are then sold to a local brewery for beer flavoring.
Interesting Fact #2: Both bottles have zero per cent alcohol.
